Sebastian Pacios, M.D. has been named senior vice president of clinical operations for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), PPD, Inc. Dr. Pacios will oversee Phase II-IV clinical development for the company’s operations in these regions.

Prior to joining the company, Dr. Pacios co-founded and grew a regional CRO prior to its acquisition three years later. He then held a number of senior management positions with a global CRO, most recently serving as vice president, responsible for clinical research and project management in Europe, Africa and Asia-Pacific.
